Terms and Conditions of Use for Electronic Gift Cards

 

1. Use 

• CBE Films electronic gift cards are valid for any video or photo service offered on our site. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party without our authorization.

 

2. Reservation

• Gift card holders must reserve their service in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the desired date.

• In the event of cancellation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the value of the gift card for that booking, according to the specific conditions agreed at the time of purchase.

 

3. Validity

• Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, it cannot be reactivated or exchanged.

 

4. Loss and theft 

• As gift cards are electronic, they cannot be physically lost. However, it is the cardholder's responsibility to keep the e-mail containing the gift card. If the e-mail is lost, please contact us to recover it.

 

5. Insufficient balance 

• If the value of the gift card is less than the total amount of the selected service, the cardholder must pay the difference by another means of payment.

 

6. Non-refundable

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

7. Property

• Gift cards may only be used for services provided by CBE Films.

• The copyright of images and videos produced during services paid for with a gift card remains the exclusive property of CBE Films, unless otherwise stipulated by contract.

• Gift cardholders' personal data is secure and will not be used for external commercial purposes without their consent.
