Terms and Conditions of CBE Films Services
The following terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by CBE Films, including photography and videography services for businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1.Provision of Services
CBE Films provides professional photography and videography services. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of each client. All services will be provided in accordance with the contractual agreement between CBE Films and the client.
2.quotations and contracts
Prior to any service, a quotation will be provided to the customer. This estimate must be accepted in writing to confirm the reservation of services. A contract detailing the conditions of service, deadlines and mutual obligations will be signed by both parties.
3.Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Unless otherwise specified, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking of our services, with the balance due prior to or on delivery of the final project. All payments must be made by the agreed due dates. Additional charges may be applied in the event of delays, adjustments or services not initially planned.
4.delivery
The final products (photos, videos) will be delivered according to the specifications agreed in the contract. Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to the complexity of the project. CBE Films undertakes to respect the agreed deadlines, except in cases of force majeure.
5.Revisions
The customer is entitled to request revisions within the limit of 2 modifications included in the contract. Any request for additional revisions will be invoiced at the hourly or flat rate specified in the contract.
6.copyright and use
All content created by CBE Films (photographs, videos, montages, etc.) is subject to copyright. CBE Films retains the rights to the original creations, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Delivered files may be used by the customer for commercial or promotional purposes, but may not be resold or modified without our prior agreement. We reserve the right to use work produced for promotional purposes on our own media (website, social networks, etc.), unless the customer explicitly requests confidentiality.
7.cancellation and refund
In the event of cancellation by the customer, deposits paid are non-refundable. If CBE Films has to cancel the services due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made or a new date will be proposed depending on the availability of both parties.
8.Liability
CBE Films will make all reasonable efforts to provide high quality services, but cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, commercial losses, or delays caused by events beyond its control (weather conditions, technical interruptions, etc.).
9.Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our customers' projects. All information shared within the framework of our services will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior authorization, unless required by law.
10.Modifications
Any modification of the agreed services (change of location, date, addition of services, etc.) must be confirmed in writing and may entail additional charges.
11.Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
